this is off-topic- but i know a lot of people who cycle with kids read my blog and i wanted to give you a heads up-
yesterday i was riding down the street with Maxine and Asa in the bike trailer and the piece of plastic that held the trailer to the hitch suddenly snapped! it was very freaky but thankfully we were not in traffic, or on a hill. we have a Chariot Carrier bike trailer (basically this one) that we got new about 8 years ago- and it has been FANTASTIC. we have been very happy with it- we've used it a lot and it is still going strong (except for this one plastic part!)
